Chloe Kohanski, a native of Nashville, Tennessee, won season 13 of The Voice in a star-studded finale, giving her coach Blake Shelton his sixth overall victory. The 23-year-old aspiring singer thanked fans and coach Shelton after besting Addison Agen and Brooke Simpson, who came in second and third place, respectively, on the NBC reality competition’s Season 13 finale Tuesday. Kohanski told reporters after the episode that she wouldn’t have won without Shelton’s help. The 41-year-old country star has coached five other contestants to victory on the show.
