Tim McGraw collapsed on stage on Sunday, March 11 while performing in Dublin, Ireland. McGraw had just finished performing his song ‘Humble and Kind’ when he fell onto his knees and had to sit down, before the 50 year old was rushed off the stage. Faith Hill, McGraw’s wife and recording partner, spoke to the crowd saying that she had decided to end the performance. She said: “He’s been super dehydrated. I apologize, but I made the decision that he cannot come back out onstage”. Hill ended the concert with a solo rendition of “What A Friend We Have In Jesus.” A rep for McGraw explained what happened in a statement: “Tim McGraw was suffering from dehydration in Dublin this evening at the C2C show. He was attended to by local medical staff on-site and will be fine. He and [Faith Hill] thank everyone for their love and support and look forward to seeing their Irish fans again soon.”
