34-year-old country star Cole Swindell travels backwards through an ill-fated relationship in the heartfelt visual for his new single, “Break Up in the End.” “Break Up in the End” is Swindell’s ninth career single, following seven No. 1 singles as a solo artist. The song, written by Jon Nite, Chase McGill and Jessie Jo Dillon, is also Swindell’s first offering from his forthcoming third studio album, expected out later this year. The video is directed by Jay Martin and pairs Swindell with leading lady Alicia Watson. In addition to the video above, Swindell has also unveiled an alternate version on Spotify. Swindell will wrap his first career-headlining Reason to Drink Tour in Los Angeles with Chris Janson and Lauren Alaina.
