Zuzu is a lovely female Pit Bull who was found as a stray and has been left unclaimed even after having posted her picture. She is now ready for a home of her own with a family to spend her days with. She will need a secured, fenced in yard for supervised exercise and play time and then spend the rest of her time indoors with her people. She gets along with other dogs, walks on a leash and is housebroken with only an occasional accident if not let out in time. She’s eager to please and well behaved. No apartment living and she is a bit vocal.
Zuzu is current on basic vaccinations, been dewormed, and is microchipped. She has tested negative for Heartworm.
Zuzu must be spayed before leaving the shelter and was scheduled for June 2. She will receive her rabies vaccination at the same time. She will need about a week to recover from her surgery before leaving to a new home. Applications are being accepted.
