Atlas and his friend, Ginger were both found running loose and their owner was located, but told us she didn’t want them back, so now they are both looking for new homes to call their own. Atlas will most definitely need a secured, fenced in yard for supervised exercise and play time. This boy has lots of energy and would probably do best in a home with things for him to do, or older kids to play with: play catch, keep him busy.
Please Note: Atlas is smart enough to open doors, lift gate latches and door handles, etc. Atlas is friendly and sweet, but may be a bit too much for homes with smaller kids as he may knock them down. A meet and greet with other dogs in the home would be needed.
Atlas is current on basic vaccinations, been dewormed, and is microchipped. He has tested Negative for Heartworm.
Atlas has now been neutered and received his required rabies vaccination as of 5/5/22. He will need about a week to recover from his surgery before leaving to a new home. Applications are being accepted.
