Over the last 10+ years Shane Smith & The Saints have become a massive name in the Texas/Red Dirt/Americana scene. Based out of Austin Texas they have stayed true to who they are and this unique sound that is unmatched. Shane Smith shared with me out at Music Fest that him and Bennet used to go up there and play music at the base of the Mountain for years to get their name out there. Now they are headlining it and selling out shows left and right! Last year they played in front of a Sold Out crowd at Red Rocks opening up for Whiskey Myers. On Social Media they shared how much of an honor it was to play there. After that being on the Season Premier of Yellowstone sent their success through the roof. Last week, Shane Smith & The Saints announced that they were going to Headline for the first time at Red Rocks and you could tell with the excitement in all their posts.
Last weekend they closed out the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo in front of a sold out crowd without knowing the news. Yesterday Shane took to social media to share how humbled he was. Check it out
