Jimmie Allen has been sued for sexual assault by a second woman. According to Variety, the suit was filed Friday, June 9th in Tennessee federal court and identifies the new accuser as ‘Jane Doe 2,’ who is is suing Allen for battery, assault, invasion of privacy and emotional distress.

In the new lawsuit, ‘Jane Doe 2’ alleges she was randomly approached by Allen on a plane in 2022, and the singer pursued and engaged with her for two months in a long-distance conversation before meeting in Las Vegas where she claims the assault occurred. The lawsuit claims, “Allen sexually assaulted Jane Doe 2 in his hotel room and then passed out. Extremely upset by the assault, Jane Doe 2 was leaving the hotel room when she discovered that Allen had surreptitiously and, without her consent, placed his cell phone in the closet facing the bed and had been videotaping the entire event.”

Last month, Allen was sued by a member of his former day-to-day management team for sexual battery, assault, false imprisonment, sex trafficking and emotional distress.  After the initial news broke, Allen’s long time label, BBR’s Stoney Creek Records, and his booking agency, UTA, suspended him, and his publicity firm, Full Coverage Communications, parted ways with the singer. After news of the second lawsuit broke on Friday, Allen’s label announced he had been dropped, saying in a statement: “BBR Music Group has dissolved its relationship with Jimmie Allen. He is no longer an active artist on its roster.”

No charges have been filed on either case as of press time.
